A Leading 3 years old New Age Ayurvedic product Start-up company based in Mumbai which endeavours to bring a rich, traditional Indian science of Ayurveda to today’s modern consumer- both in India and Worldwide. Company recently featured in the "Forbes' 30 Under 30 Asia" List and Business World "40 Under 40" list because of its innovative digital first approach.


Today, as a company, they own 100+ FDA approved, proprietary formulations for Ayurvedic medicine. All products are manufactured at ISO 9001:2015 approved, GMP certified, US FDA registered, factory in Silvassa and has raised a series A round of capital of ~USD 5m (~INR 35 Cr) from RP Sanjiv Goenka Group.

Desired Skills

  • Candidate should have Brand Awareness, and experience in Campaign Marketing.

  • Previous experience in social media is highly preferred either at a brand or agency . 

  • Proficiency in MS office is required .

  • Ability to communicate strongly Hindi and English .

  • Ability to maintain harmony and teamwork in the team across organisation.

Job Description

  • Overall responsibility of all social media channels of both the brands.

  • Manage existing relationships with agencies for the overall social media strategy including campaign ideation and execution.

  • Ideate new topical and event specific campaigns via social media.

  • Work closely with in house as well as external designers to get the relevant creatives in place both for posts as well as advertisements.

  • Work closely with in house and external content teams to ensure that brand communication on website as well as external channels is in line with brand strategy.

  • Do extensive research on the creatives and advertisements that other consumer brands are creating to draw on best practices.

  • Continually research trends in the industry and improvements that the brand can make with its social presence 
    Manage all existing relationships with influencers  
    Actively scope out and build new relationships with influencers and coordinate with marketing team to send out the hampers.
