Job Description

Managing sales and business development activities for our corporate businesses in India and outside India,
-
Market development, OEM customer acquisition, business plan development & implementation.
-
Lead customer acquisition by generating B2B leads, especially OEMs, Providing online and in-person demonstrations to the leads, organising pilots, write commercial proposals and undertake other promotional activities that are likely to culminate in a purchase agreement.

Developing new business opportunities and commercialisation through multiple B2B channels. Candidate may have to work in diverse markets and products.

Formulate & efficient implement overall business development strategy for various products and industries in order to increase the trading density and maximize revenues.

Contribution to overall business reviews, strategic planning; preparing action plans; implementing customer-success standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining domestic & international business system improvements; implementing change.

Imbibe in-depth knowledge of customer-needs, sharpened competitive knowledge and market trends. Work at all levels of customer management and develop long-term positive customer relationships, building loyalty and confidence in Seri-Prints as a preferred business partner.

Manage and mentor younger business development executives / regional managers who may report to you.

Instil a team-based and collaborative culture that builds long-term capability and inspires high accountability, coordination and synergy between people and functions at all levels.

Min 8 years of rich experience in Business development and Customer Success roles.

Preferred experience in printing, paints and coating industry.

Proficiency in sales and marketing.

Proficiency in oral and written english.

Should be open to travel within India and abroad.

Should be open to working in various industry segments.

Customer Orientation with a passion for creativity & innovation driven solutions, strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive results through teamwork within stringent timelines and budget.

Hands-on, self-driven with high energy levels and willing to lead from the front.

Should have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with stakeholders across functions within the organization.
