• Knowledge in screen printing end to end process.

• Knowledge of automatic screen printing machines.

• Knowledge of all the duties performing in the screen printing process such as,  Corel Draw, Art work, screen making / stretching , basic colour matching and printing.

• Familiar with printing technology and troubleshooting technology problems.

• Effective management , leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer centric – To handle end to end production related issues.

Job Description

• Synchronise in-house and client design department to execute desired job.

•  Oversee the planning and organization of a production process and ensure availability of necessary
  material, scheduling equipment, and work resources required for the job work.

• Delegate and assign work schedules and tasks to production personnel.

• Ensure manufacture of high quality and cost effective process.

• Analyse and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems to enhance proven productivity.

• Conduct inspections to ensure production machinery are operational and efficient.

• Ensure production complies with established quality control specifications and standards.

• Monitoring and supervising the activities of production personnel to ensure effective performance of job
  duties.

• Conduct studies and research to discover a more effective approach in production to reduce rejections up
  to desired target.

• Organize training programs to enhance personnel job skill and knowledge.

• Co-ordination with Sales, Designing, HR and accounts team.

• Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of production employees to ensure a competent workforce.

• Present reports of manufacturing operations to company management to update them on expended resources and job completion.
