Job Resposibilities

Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle.

Partner with the recruitment and relevant department to best coordinate employees’ onboarding.

Gather required onboarding and termination paperwork in line with local regulations and Company policies.

Manage employees’ absence and leave and coordinate submission of necessary documentation for payroll
-
Have a good understanding and practical knowledge of Company processes and policies to advise employees and managers.

Support and advise basic employee relations procedures e.g. grievances and disciplinaries.

Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)

Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Knowledge and understanding of employment law

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations

Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace

Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
